What to expect
The adventure is yours.
The planning is shared.
Small groups, local knowledge and practical support. Here’s the experience we’re shaping for 2027.

Planned for 2027
Small groups
We’re planning around six riders, with a working minimum of four and a maximum of eight. Smaller private groups can enquire separately. Final departures depend on availability and confirmed costs.
Planned for 2027
Coordinated by Taimour
Taimour coordinates enquiries, planning and guest communication. A local ride leader makes on-road decisions; your departure’s guide will be confirmed separately.
Planned for 2027
Motorcycles that suit the route
Suzuki GS150 or GS150SE models are our first fleet candidates for Hunza, with the Honda CB150F as an alternative. The RX3 250 is being evaluated for mixed surfaces. Models, condition, rider fit and availability must be checked before confirmation.
Planned for 2027
Vehicle and luggage
A support vehicle will be part of the proposed arrangement for luggage, water, tools and spares. Plan on one soft bag of up to 15 kg plus a small day bag, subject to vehicle and airline limits. Passenger and recovery capacity will be confirmed.
Planned for 2027
Mechanical backup
A mechanic, lead and sweep riding roles, and a dedicated support driver are planned. We aim to have a compatible spare motorcycle. Recovery and replacement arrangements will be agreed before booking.
Planned for 2027
Practical places to stay
We’re planning characterful guesthouses and comfortable mid-range hotels, normally twin share. Hot water, secure bike parking and autumn heating matter more than a luxury label. Private bathrooms and single-room options will be confirmed by location.
Planned for 2027
Meals along the way
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinking water are planned in the base package. Optional drinks, snacks and personal purchases will be listed separately. Tell us about dietary needs during follow-up so we can check each stop.
Planned for 2027
Travel with room for changes
The shorter journeys begin and end in Gilgit or Skardu. Allow extra days for Islamabad arrival, domestic flights and a return buffer. Grand Karakoram includes these stages in its 15-day outline. Transfers and disruption arrangements will be explained before booking.
Planned for 2027
Finding the right group
We’ll discuss your recent riding, mountain-road confidence and expectations. Before riding, we’ll check the required licence and travel preparations, fit the motorcycle and hold an orientation ride. Interest registration is the start of that conversation.
Planned for 2027
Daylight and local judgement
We plan daylight riding, daily briefings and clear turnaround decisions. Khunjerab and Deosai are conditional highlights, with lower-altitude alternatives. Route-specific emergency arrangements and appropriate insurance requirements must be confirmed before departure.
What still needs confirming
The dates, supplier commitments, prices, specific motorcycles, accommodation and final inclusions still need confirmation. These are our working plans for 2027, not a confirmed package.
Visa and insurance arrangements will be discussed during preparation. We’ll publish a clear inclusions and exclusions list before taking bookings.
